BACKGROUND:
Another dedication to our favorite white wine grape in the world, these vines make a bone-dry slightly reductive, saline and chewy Riesling, with a hint of green and tropical fruits. Due to its backbone, we think this will age and evolve beautifully for a long time.

STYLE:
Bone dry, which is my preferred style for Riesling. Despite its low alcohol, this is a slightly more tannic rendering of Riesling, but still with the classic green characters of the variety. A saline, chewy version.

Not cold stabilized, so expect some slight crystals in bottom when chilled hard.

VINEYARD:
This old vine vineyard was planted in 1973, making it one of the oldest Riesling plantings in the region. Grown in a cold valley between two mountains, it stays cool even during hot summers.
